Description
Sweet Pea Pink Cupid is a compact, semi-trailing sweet pea with attractive pink and white coloured blooms of scented flowers. This dwarf variety is perfect to grow on a patio either in a hanging basket or container and will flower all summer long.
Pink Cupid has been awarded the RHS AGM.
When to sow | January to March, September and October under glass or indoors, April and May sow direct outdoors. |
Where to Sow | Sow indoors or under glass, 2.5cm (1in) deep in compost filled root trainers (or toilet roll inners). |
Sow direct where they are to flower, preferably in a sunny position , either in a pot or border 2.5cm (1in) deep and 10cm (4in) apart. | |
What to do Next | Harden off seedlings sown indoors or under glass during late March to be planted out in flowering site from April onwards. |
Thin direct sown seedlings to 10cm (4in) apart. | |

Handy Tips | Soak sweet pea seeds in hot water for 24 hours prior to sowing which will soften the seed coating and speed up germination. |
