Delivery and Postal Charges

Seeds to Sow uses Royal Mail postal services to post all seeds and packages. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, although most deliveries will be well before this, at busy times it may take longer.

If you have contacted us by e-mail, we have replied so please check your junk mailbox. Add us to your favourites in email to ensure that you see responses, we can provide a track and trace reference number for any parcels (but not standard post).

Prices for delivery are based on total weights and sizes of packages and include packaging costs as detailed below.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete postal address being supplied (or if the customer has failed to respond to a card left by Royal Mail), then we are not responsible for any additional postal charges and can not resend the items until an additional payment has been made to cover these costs.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct delivery addresses are provided at the point of order. We will not replace orders that are lost or not delivered in such circumstances.

Delivery costs - Updated October 2023

We use Royal Mail first and second class postal services. Our rates are;

Postage Price for seed packets up to £15 in value - £2.45
Postage Price for seed packets over £15 in value - FREE
Postage Price for other non-seed items - £3.95 / £4.95 / £6.00

Mixed orders of seeds and other items will default to non-seed prices in all cases

Please note that we only post to UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland - orders cannot be processed to NI at the current time due to Brexit)

Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns
No refund will be issued on any postal charges for returned products. Any seeds must be returned within 14 days of the date the original order was posted. To be eligible for a return, your order (items) must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contactus@seedstosow.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contactus@seedstosow.co.uk.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postal costs for returning your item. Postal costs are non-refundable. If you are posting items over £50, you should consider using a traceable postal service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
